For those who would like to stay at Green Oak Ranch - LODGING ON THE CAMPGROUNDS IS FREE. THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE TO STAY THERE. LODGING IS LIMITED AND YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT US TO RESERVE A SPOT. PLEASE READ DETAILS BELOW...

FRIDAY, MARCH 29th. ARRIVAL IS ANYTIME AFTER 12:00PM. *We don’t “officially” start until supper time on Friday but you are free to arrive anytime after 12pm.

SUNDAY, MARCH 31st. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHECKOUT FROM THE CAMP IS ON SUNDAY, NO LATER THAN 5:30PM.
We will need to have all dorms cleared out and cleaned, all tents broken down and packed up, and all areas of the campgrounds completely cleared of trash, etc by 5:30PM.
•LINENS, SOAP & TOWELS
IF PLANNING TO STAY IN A CABIN (see below) YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN LINENS, SOAP, TOWELS, BLANKETS, AND PILLOWS.
•LODGING ON CAMPGROUNDS
DORM CABINS. There are 20 dorm style cabins, each containing 12 beds per cabin. There are no bedrooms in these cabins as it is open room dorm style. There are no bathrooms in the cabin but there are bathrooms with showers on the grounds that will be available for use. The cabins do have electricity and outlets. You will need to bring your own linens, blankets, and pillows.
—To reserve an ENTIRE DORM CABIN we would ask that you have at least 7-10 people in your group.
MENS DORMS. There will be Men's Dorm Cabins available if you need to reserve just a single bed or a couple of beds for friends. These dorms will be shared by up to 12 men per cabin. No bathrooms in dorms (bathrooms/showers are available on campsite) Dorms do have electricity and outlets. You will need to bring your own linens, blankets, and pillows.
WOMENS DORMS. There will be Women's Dorm Cabins available if you need to reserve just a single bed or a couple of beds for friends. These dorms will be shared by up to 12 women per cabin. RVs. RV spots with electric/water hookups are COMPLETELY FULL (No more spots WITH hookups available.)
However, there are 10 spots WITHOUT electric/water hookups still available! Bathrooms and showers are provided on the campgrounds for use.
*No generators allowed on the campgrounds.
