We will gather in the morning and again in the evening on Saturday. For the morning time we’ll multiply into 3 groups. *No lunch served, so after the morning gatherings we encourage everyone to head into the surrounding towns and grab some lunch and fellowship with one another. We’ll come together again for a dinner love feast at 5:30pm leading us into the evening gathering.

For those who would like to stay on the grounds - LODGING IS FREE. THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE TO STAY THERE. Staying on the grounds is for TENTS ONLY. (No RVs or Campers per property policy).

FRIDAY, MAY 23rd. ARRIVAL IS ANYTIME AFTER 12:00PM. *We don’t “officially” start until supper time on Friday but you are free to arrive anytime after 12pm.
•CHECK OUT
SUNDAY, MAY 25th. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHECKOUT FROM THE CAMP IS ON SUNDAY, NO LATER THAN 3:30PM.
We will need to have all grounds cleared & cleaned, all tents broken down and packed up, and all areas of the grounds completely cleared of trash, etc by 3:30PM.
•LINENS, SOAP & TOWELS
IF PLANNING TO STAY IN A TENT (see below) YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN LINENS, SOAP, TOWELS, BLANKETS, AND PILLOWS, ETC.
•CAMPING ON THE GROUNDS
TENTS. For a community camping experience, bring your own tent and camp out on the beautiful grounds! There will be designated areas for camping and we will have bathrooms and showers available on the grounds for use.
-No RVs or Campers.
-No gas powered generators allowed.
